Orders ship with Canada Post and arrive through your country’s local postal service.

NOTE: Our customers may choose the kind of shipping that suits their needs. Please pay close attention to the shipping method that you choose at checkout. We recommend selecting a method that includes tracking.

Canadian orders automatically include tracking information. USA orders, except for Small Packet, come with tracking. Likewise, International orders, except for International Parcel & Small Packet, come with tracking confirmation. Shipping methods that do no provide tracking will be sent at your own responsibility.
